1.Do you still talk to the first person you kissed?
I'm assuming this doesn't include relatives. No, not really. I stumbled across her on Facebook, but but we don't really keep in touch.

2. Have you ever seen your best friend(s) naked?
Some of them yes, some no. Sadly, more men fall into the yes category than women.

3. What did you do when you weren't in school in the 2nd grade?
SECOND grade?? I don't remember back that far... I think I spent a lot of time at my babysitter's place. I might have been in Beavers around that time as well, and might have started piano lessons by that point.

4. What is the best thing about your job?
That I get to sit on my freaking couch at home all day! Man, remote-working is sweet.

5. Pro choice or pro life?
Pro choice, my friend.

6. How many people have you kissed?
I haven't really kept count, but at a guess, the non-relative list probably tops out at less than ten. Frighteningly, Lee Baxendale is on that list. *shudder*

7. Did you vote for Bush?
I'm Canadian, but if I had a US vote I would have burned my ballot rather than vote for that turd.

8. Where are you going on your next vacation?
I will probably never go on vacation again. I'm too old to go on holiday with my parents, and going by myself is just sad and pathetic. I will never have another girlfriend, so no more vacations for me I guess. I may possibly go on a road trip at some point, if that counts.

10. Are most of your friends guys or girls?
Uh... total count? I think it might be about even, possibly leaning towards the "girls" end of the spectrum. I don't like a lot of guy things (i.e. sports, cars, retardation), so I don't get along well with most of them.

11. Do you own any furniture from IKEA?
Yes, and I wish I could replace everything in my house with Ikea furniture. Well, at least their stuff from a few years ago, when it was snazzy. These days they're kinda trending towards weird hippy earth colours and away from the awesome neons.

12. Last book you read?
I don't bloody know. I've read parts of a lot of books recently. I'm currently reading "To Rule The Waves" - an awesome book about the British Empire.

13. If you could have one super power what would it be?
This is a standard-issue question, and I'll give my standard-issue answer: the ability to stop or manipulate time trumps all other super powers.

14. Where have you lived most of your life?
Calgary

15. What was the last conversation you had about?
I've been conversing with people all day at work. The most recent one was with another agent who screwed up some work. I told him to fix it.

16. Where do you see yourself in four years?
In all likelihood, dead and forgotten.

17. What's your favorite smell?
Human female. I believe humans do have pheramone receptors, weak as they may be.

18. What is your favorite sound?
Really, really good music. Next in line are things like my cats purring, and the sound of trickling mountain streams and waterfalls.

19. Are you moody?
Moody as in "of volatile temperament"? No. Moody as in "generally depressed and cynical"? Yes.

20. Favorite movie of all time?
It used to be a tie-up between Blade Runner and A Clockwork Orange, but I think with Blade Runner Final Cut, Ridley Scott's masterpiece finally takes top honors. There are so many damn good movies though.

21. Have you ever done anything vindictive to your classmate?
Oh, probably. I had a bad temper as a child, before I was sent to mental reprogramming classes by my parents and was turned into a pussy. (Please read the Wikipedia article on "pussy" if you feel it is a deragatory term - it isn't, really.) With life, love, and strife, my temper is starting to come back. But somehow I'm still a pussy.

22. Have you ever played Spin the bottle?
I believe yes, once or twice.

23. Have you ever liked someone and not told them?
That's pretty-much the summation of my existence.

24. Have you ever gone camping?
Countless times, both summer and winter. Camping kicks ass.

25. Have you ever had a crush on your brother's friend?
I have no brothers. I can't think of any sister's friends I would have had a crush on.

26. Have you ever gone to a nude beach?
I went to a nude beach in Ontario once, and only saw a 60-something walrus with her top off. Also apparently I've been to a notorious nude beach in England without knowing it was one.

27. Have you ever gone streaking?
No,

28. Have you ever gone skinny dipping?
Almost. Joel and I were the only ones up for the full monty, so we kept our underpants on so as not to frighten the natives.

29. Have you ever laughed so hard you cried?
It happens occasionally. Less and less these days.

30. Have you ever gone to a party where you were the only sober person?
Yes, and it's not much fun.

31. Have you ever been in love?
Yes.

32. Have you ever felt betrayed by your best friend?
Yes.

33. Have you ever lied to your parents?
Anyone who hasn't is a goodie-goodie who deserves shock treatment.

34. Have you ever been out of Canada?
Yes. Primarily England, but I have also been to Scotland, Wales, the USA, France, the Netherlands, and Italy.

35. Have you ever thrown up from working out?
I have thrown up from gym class at school.

36. Have you ever gotten a haircut so bad that you wore a hat?
No, for most of my life there was no haircut on earth that could make me any less-well-liked. Besides, most of the hats I have worn are more appalling than any haircut.

37. Have you ever eaten 3 meals from 3 different fast food places?
Yes.

38. Last song you listened to?
I'm listening to a Genius playlist in iTunes right now, based on a Katy Perry song. For some reason the song playing as I type is Any Way You Want It by Journey.

39. Have you ever spied on someone?
Does subtly leering at just about every attractive woman I have ever seen count?

40. Have you ever slept with one of your coworkers?
Someone I was sleeping with has become one of my co-workers at various points in the past.

41. What would you do with 1,000 plastic spoons?
After I got bored of making plastic catapaults, I would probably just give them away to some soup kitchen or something. WTF amd I going to do with 1000 plastic spoons?

42. Who was the last person who you called?
A customer from work, in regards to the previously-mentioned cock-up.

43. When was the last time you slept for more than 12 hours?
Not too long ago. I'd say within the last couple months.

44. Have you ever been arrested?
No, but I was locked in the back of a cop car and questioned the time I was mugged. Real nice treatment.

45. Most embarassing CD you own?
I don't own so many CDs anymore. As for physical CDs, the most embarassing one is probably Aqua. But if you look through my 16 thousand MP3s, you will no doubt find a treasure trove of embarassment. Didn't I just mention I was listening to Katy Perry? (You know, I hear she kissed a girl, and she liked it.)

46. Have you ever stolen anything?
Sadly, yes. That is a story that I have told exactly three people, and is intimately entwined with a very dark period in my past.

47. Have you ever had egg nog?
Egg nog is like nectar of the gods. With raw egg in it.

Today Did You:::

1. talk to a boy/girl you like?
That I "like"? WTF is this supposed to mean? I try not to talk to people I don't like... Let's say "yes".

2. realize anything new?
New? Probably. Exciting? No.

3. talk to an ex?
Yes.

4. miss someone?
Yes.

Last Person Who--

5. slept in your bed?
Just me. Cats don't count as people.

7. you went to the movies with?
Phil, I think.

8. went to the mall with you?
Phil, I think. But that was just to drop him off at work or something.

Last Person--

9. you said "i love you" to and meant it?
Some relative, probably at Thanksgiving.

10. Did the person you care about most break your heart?
My heart still suffers from a deep and festering gash of epic proportions. I don't think it will pull through.

11. said they loved you and meant it?
Some relative, probably at Thanksgiving.

12. called you in the middle of the night?
Richard Belzile, regarding the aforementioned deep and festering gash.

13. do you have a crush on someone?
There are several people I know of that I find very attractive socially, physically, and mentally. However I do not hold out hope that I will ever have another meaningful relationship; I'm an odd duck, and most people simply don't view me in a romantic light.

Just Plain Questions--

14. what book are you reading now?
I believe I mentioned I am reading "To Rule The Waves".

15. best feeling in the world?
The impression that you are wanted, loved, and will always have support, even in the darkest times.

16. favorite location?
Disneyland. It really is the happiest place on Earth. Failing that, Amsterdam.

17. piercing/tattoos?
One piercing through my heart.

18. what are you most scared of right now?
I have no fear anymore, just remorse.

19. where do you want to get married?
I had planned on getting married on a Sandals weddingmoon. Now I figure I'll be dead long before I have to consider that question again.

20. who do you really hate?
I hate anyone who is closed-minded, making decisions and forming opinions without being fully informed, if not intimately familiar, with both perspectives on an issue. Also people who believe things they are told without examining those beliefs on a personal level. This sets me dead against a huge proportion of both the atheist and religious communities, various political camps, and when you think of it, the majority of humanity in some shape or another.

21. does anyone really hate you?
In light of my views expressed in question 20, I think I have made lots of enemies. Other than that, I'm a fairly likeable guy in a general sense. Certain people have treated me as if they hated me.

22. do you like being around people?
Yes and no. I like being around certain people, and at times I can be the life of the party. But I grow tired of certain personalities quickly. Also, I am perfectly happy alone, doing my own thing. I feel people who dislike silence or solitude are merely frightened of their own thoughts.

23. have you ever cried?
Yes.

24. are you lonely right now?
Yes.

25. song stuck in your head right now?
Holy crap... Lauren responded to this question with "Mika - Grace Kelly." By some coincidence I have no song in my head, but I am currently listening to Love Today by Mika. You know, I didn't even know that Mika was popular in Canada... Lauren, did you hear that here, or are you digging into the Britpop scene?

26. been on radio/TV?
Yes, I have been on TV several times, in Calgary, Edmonton, and Japan. You think I'm kidding, but I'm not.

27. ever liked someone, but you think they never noticed you?
Constantly.

28. ever liked someone who treated you like crap?
Until recently it was me who had done the crap-treating, young and irresponsible whelp that I was. Now I feel the lash of pain. 40 lashes.

29. how many beds did you lay in yesterday?
Just mine. And on the couch.

30. what color shirt are you wearing?
Blue and white hawaiian shirt.

31. name three things that you do every day?
Breathe, urinate, blink. I can't guarantee sleeping, eating, or drinking.

32. how much cash do you have on you right now?
I never carry cash if I can avoid it. I think I have some damned coins in my wallet though.

34. when was the last time you saw your dad?
Thanksgiving.

35. who got you to join facebook?
I joined to see what was so damned special about Facebook that people would join it, but not join ElectricTeaParty.net.

36. what did you have for dinner last night?
Oreos and bitter regret.

37. what web site do you visit the most?
facebook, youtube

38. do you have plants in your room?
I have plants in my kitchen and on my balcony.

39. does any part of your body hurt right now?
Lungs, spine, collarbones.

40. what's your favorite starbucks drink?
Venti Java Chip Frappachino Blended Coffee. As much as I maintain that no beverage should have more than a few syllables in its name, they are damned tasty. Starbucks is the way of the future. Tim Hortons is the feeding trough of the unwashed plebeian masses.

41. would you have a problem if your friend went after your ex?
It depends on which friend and which ex. I believe certain friends have designs on a certain ex. I may or may not have to break certain teeth out.
